Peter Wake
Position
Peter trained at Weightmans and qualified in 2003. He became a partner in 2011.
He acts for local authorities across the country as well as fire and rescue authorities, education establishments and housing providers. Peter has particular expertise in defending professional negligence and human rights claims against social services and education authorities. He also specialises in abuse claims to include historical matters, multi-claimant cases and group actions.
