James has been at Weightmans since 1989. After 25 years as a professional negligence litigator representing solicitors and their insurers including in relation to regulatory matters, James became full time COLP and leads a team of risk professionals with expertise in Data Protection, AML, Information security and business continuity, supplier management/ procurement, internal audit and our Legal counsel. He is also responsible for the firm’s insurance arrangements including its relationship with the London insurance market and for its Lexcel programme.
