Rebecca is a partner in the Large Loss team based in Liverpool. She is experienced in all areas of law relating to personal injury claims and specialises in large loss and catastrophic injury claims including traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputation claims, fatal accident and chronic pain/subtle TBI/functional neurological disorder claims.
Rebecca has worked for numerous large insurers and the Motor Insurers Bureau and has longstanding experience or providing non indemnity advice and currently works for a large car rental company. She is particularly experienced in defending fraudulent/exaggerated claims prevalent in the fast-growing area of chronic pain/STBI/FND.
Rebecca works with multiple municipal and corporate insureds with large deductibles as well as individuals and is adept at developing and maintaining good relationships with all levels of customer.
