David specialises in retail work where he acts for a number of high street brands, as well as the utilities sector where he has established a dedicated team for a regional energy provider delivering quality and efficiency across multiple workstreams.
He has developed case manager systems combining data capture and management information to service his clients.
His online reporting tool, One View, has been widely used by clients with larger property portfolios to help manage their estate and legal cases, providing data analytics on performance and trends.
David has developed the use of Artificial Intelligence technology for real estate clients, employing Kira for lease analysis and data extraction.
