Position
Stuart is Director of Legal Operations for the Litigation, Transactional and Advisory division of Weightmans. He has over 30 years’ experience of employment law, and has an impeccable reputation for commercial and pragmatic advice, particularly specialising in providing advice on commercial situations involving TUPE, reorganisations and collective issues.
Stuart proactively contributes to client profitability through analysis of management information and translation of key learning points into corporate training programmes. He is client partner for a range of clients including Swissport and Mitsubishi/Hitachi Power Systems Europe and deputy client partner for Royal Mail Group plc, in addition to advising other legal firms on their employment law issues.
Stuart frequently presents at seminars and conferences on HR issues and regularly contributes to national and local publications.
