 Brian is part of the niche costs team responsible for providing a costs service that combines technical excellence with a commercial approach, together with training that can lead to continuous improvement. He is an expert in advocacy and costs control during litigation including budgeting and case management.
 Brian qualified as a costs lawyer in 2007 giving him rights of audience and authority to conduct costs litigation. Although costs lawyer qualification was only given regulated professional body status in 2007, Brian has 37 years’ experience in costs litigation and was a Fellow of the Association of Law Costs Draftsman (now the Association of Costs Lawyers).
