Kieran Hearty
Position
Kieran joined Weightmans in 2016 and is an associate in the large loss and technical claims team, specialising in defending civil claims for compensation against insurance companies and the Motor Insurers’ Bureau brought by, or on behalf of, claimants who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing personal injuries. He was admitted to the roll in 2014 and has over 10 years of litigation experience.
Kieran deals with a broad spectrum of claims which include severe traumatic brain injuries, amputations and spinal injuries resulting in paralysis and has experience with motor claims and employers’ and public liability cases involving complex liability, technical and indemnity issues.
