She has also represented insurers in an arbitration in respect of policy coverage.
 An experienced negotiator and litigator, Pamela regularly deals with high value, complex claims in the High Court, Technology and Construction Court and the Business and Property Court. She is also experienced in dealing with construction disputes referred to adjudication.
