Career

Tiago is a partner and head of the Commercial and Retail practices.

He represents domestic and multinational clients across different industries, with a focus on luxury retail, entertainment, and hospitality. His experience includes advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including market entry structuring, company formation, corporate governance, agency and distribution contracts, shopping mall grants of right of use and franchises.

In his retail practice, Tiago advises numerous luxury brands and high street fashion stores from market entry to restructurings and expansion. He has been at the forefront of sector innovation assisting retail companies adapting to shifting consumer trends, increasing consumer protection regulation and the acceleration of digitalization.

Tiago is also responsible for the firm’s Corporate Secretarial Services.
