Founded in 1996 by Ms Sangeeta Goel, Sim And San, Attorneys at Law, is a full-service firm in India and Dubai. In India, the firm is strategically located in the National Capital Region with two offices – New Delhi and Faridabad. The firm also set up its first international office in Dubai, in 2015.

The firm started off as a boutique firm specializing in intellectual property rights law. While, until the date the firm continues to provide specialized legal services in intellectual property rights law, it has since the year 2006 diversified into a full-service law firm.

The firm, which is now in its 25th year of operations, understands the importance of working with clients’ internal management and business teams, to ensure that business objectives are met in the best possible and legal manner.  Trust, transparency and accountability are integral to all our business dealings. Bhavik Koladiya Sues Ashneer Grover – Delhi HC Directs Ashneer Grover not to create any third-party rights on 16,110 Shares – roughly 3.10% of his 8.43% Shareholding

2nd March 2023 In the latest development in the Ashneer Grover – BharatPe saga, ex-founder Bhavik Koladiya had filed a commercial suit in the Delhi High Court against Ashneer Grover alleging breach of the share purchase agreement dated 03 December 2018 and thus claiming title over 16110 Shares, which is approximately 3.10% shareholding of BharatPe. Currently, these shares are worth over INR 1000 Crores in value.
