Charles qualified as a solicitor in 2003. He is a specialist family practitioner, having exclusively undertaken family work since 2004. Charles joined Warners in 2011. Since then his extensive knowledge from working in a busy family legal aid practice has proven to be a significant asset to the team. in 2015 Charles secured Resolution Accredited Specialist status.
Charles is experienced in all aspects of family law including complex financial and children issues. Charles prefers to adopt a pragmatic and considered approach to the work but has no difficulty with applying a firmer hand when required. Charles is an accomplished advocate who sees advocacy as a central part of his practice. Reported Case: In 2016, a complex case of Charles’ was listed before Mostyn J in the High Court and subsequently reported. Migliaccio v Migliaccio (Rev 2) [2016] EWHC 1055 (Fam) (26 April 2016).
