John joined Warners in 1999 as a qualified solicitor and spent his first 5 years in Warners commercial property team. John became the head of the residential property team in Tonbridge in 2005. He became a salaried partner in 2007 and an owner partner in 2011.
John advises individual clients on all aspects of residential property including freeholds, leaseholds and new builds. John has acted (and continues to act) for several high net worth clients in high value and complex transactions, both locally, and further afield (including London).
