Marina joined EC3 Legal in December 2013 and was promoted to Legal Director in August 2015. Marina has extensive experience across the whole spectrum of employment law, from giving day-to-day employment advice to companies to advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions. She also litigates employment disputes in the Employment Tribunal. Marina has advised a wide variety of corporate clients over the years.  She is now an employment law specialist in the insurance market in London.
