Caroline joined Birketts in 2008. She is a Partner and Head of our Private Client Advisory Team in Cambridge.
A well-known and highly regarded lawyer in the region, Caroline has 30 years’ experience in all aspects of private client succession planning. She acts for individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to wills, tax planning and probate matters as well as advising on all aspects of trust creation, management and dissolution. Caroline also advises on probate and trust disputes. She also acts in connection with receiverships, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
She is highly regarded by her clients and fellow professionals for her energy, technical skills and practical approach to problem solving.
