Mark joined Birketts in 1995. He heads the Commercial and Technology Team in Birketts’ Ipswich and Chelmsford offices.
Mark is a commercial lawyer with wide ranging expertise in complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation including energy supply contracts, IT and computer contracts, agency and distribution agreements. He also specialises in data protection law.
