Annabelle joined Birketts in Chelmsford in July 2013 and is a Partner in our Agriculture and Estates Team.
Annabelle specialises in agricultural property, dealing with sales, purchases and management of farms and estates. She advises farmers and landowners on tenancy issues, renewable energy leases notably solar, re-financing work for both borrowers and banks, farming partnership agreements as well as selling land for development under options and conditional contracts.
Annabelle is from a farming family who farm in High Roding Essex.
Memberships
Annabelle is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, she also sits on the Essex Agricultural Society Council and on the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust committee for Essex. As well as this, Annabelle is also a member of the Suffolk Agriculture Association, Country Land Association and Tendring Hundred Farmers Club.
