Hernoko D. Wibowo is a law graduate (S.H.) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia – Jakarta, and he obtains his Master Degree (M.H.) on Economic Law from University of Indonesia. His labor law work includes drafting company regulations/collective labor agreements, employment agreements, resignation letters, and secondment agreements. He has assisted clients in negotiating the settlement of disputes with employee(s) in bipartite negotiations, before a mediator, Industrial Relation Court. He achieved “the Certificate of Introduction to International Arbitration conducted by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – Singapore Branch” which gained him Associate membership in Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
