Richard has led on a significant number of flotations and secondary fundraisings on the main and AIM markets of London Stock Exchange Plc and regularly advises directors of listed companies on transactions and on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

He has advised on numerous venture capital funded transactions, acting regularly for companies seeking investment and for funders.
