Career

Since qualifying in 1980, Marios has been a key player in the commercial property sector and has played an important role in the development of Healys. Marios became a partner in 1984 and went on to become senior partner. He has since grown real estate to become one of the most integral departments across the whole business.

Marios’ well-developed understanding of business processes has helped shape Healys into a firm that helps clients achieve their personal and business objectives, forming relationships that last. He is a keen networker who is passionate about connecting people to opportunities, adding value to his clients that goes beyond legal advice.

As a solution-driven lawyer, Marios has earned himself an excellent reputation for achieving results and was recommended by the UK Legal 500. He has a comprehensive understanding of off-shore jurisdictions, with a specific interest in Cyprus, and works almost exclusively with the firm’s high net worth clients.

Marios has spearheaded the firm’s international department, creating a holistic service that provides creative legal solutions for global businesses. He has transformed Healys into a full service commercial practice and now leads Healys’ business development team.
