Mark Oakley is the managing partner of ACS Legal and focuses on foreign direct investment into Southeast Asia. Before establishing ACS Legal, he worked at large international law firms in London, Singapore, the Middle East and Vietnam.
Mark has advised multinational clients on various international transactions involving private equity, structured finance, M&A, joint ventures, acquisition finance and commercial agreements. He has been advising clients from different industries such fitness and wellness, technology, entertainment and F&B, hotel development, retailers and manufacturing companies.
