Mohua Morshed was called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honourable Society of
Lincoln’s Inn in 2020 and became an ADR-ODR accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator in 2018.
She has joined Mahbub & Company as an associate in 2019, and since then, she has been
continuing to undertake with meticulous care, thereby developing expertise in, wide-ranging
corporate work involving advising, drafting, vetting, providing opinions in matters concerning startups, cross-border commercial agreements, joint ventures, M&A, arbitration, employment contracts, family law and immigration law. She has also developed knowledge and skills in drafting writs, civil and criminal applications. Her analytical skills and ability to think on her feet has equipped her to come up with creative solutions to legal problems. She has keen interest in animal welfare rights and involves herself with various social work and provision of pro bono legal services concerning the same.
