I provide advice on my clients’ key commercial relationships with stakeholders, business partners, customers, clients and suppliers. My practice also centres on acquisitions and disposals involving both public and private companies.

I specialise in advising entrepreneurial growth companies, with particular experience in telecoms, technology, intellectual property, media, entertainment and sports. I also advise a range of professional service firms such as professional management consultancies, creative and media firms and accountancy practices. I also advise on the commercial or structural aspects of joint ventures involving LLPs or limited companies.

Practice head David Judah advised longstanding client ID Business Solutions on the sale of the company to the life sciences platform of Danaher Corporation, and, alongside Charlotte Wheeldon, acted for Warwick Hotels and Resorts on its acquisition of The Capital Group. John Woodhouse acted for Flexipads World Class on its sale to French manufacturer Gekatex, supported by solicitor Sam Martin. Solicitor Laura Gillard assisted Fortune 200 company Henry Schein with two acquisitions. Managing partner Rex Newman is also noted.
