Career

I advise companies and high net worth individuals on a broad range of commercial disputes and fraud-related matters, including complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. I have particular experience of using the Court’s powers to obtain appropriate relief (including worldwide freezing orders, pre- and post-judgment receivership orders and search orders) to identify and preserve assets with a view to enforcement.

I act on professional negligence matters. I have represented both claimants and defendants in matters concerning solicitors and accountants.

I also advise on regulatory issues, investigations and disputes and I have particular experience advising FMCG companies on anti-illicit trade measures and supply chain controls.

Routinely retained on complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional banking and financial services disputes, Wallace LLP 's 'excellent practice' is conflict free and able to litigate against the banks and financial institutions. The practice has particular expertise in disputes involving breach of duty, contractual interpretation, breach of transactional documentation, contentious restructurings and allegations of mis-selling, misconduct, misrepresentation, deceit and fraud.
