During his time at Walker Morris, Duncan has been key in developing the firm’s Asset Based Lender Team (ABL). Through his experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the sector and the needs of players within the market. He advises on all aspects of ABL related work with a focus on corporate recovery and insolvency. As one of the eight Partners in the firm’s Finance practice, Duncan also acts for a number of Insolvency Practitioners at both a local and national level.
