Career
Minar obtained her bachelor of law degree from Universitas Indonesia, majoring in private law with a Cumlaude predicate in 2022. During her undergraduate studies, Minar joined student executive councel or Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM), as well as participated in several business law competitions, such as legal opinion competition and national essay competition.
Prior to joining IABF, Minar has worked as an internship in a State-Owned Enterprises engaged in transportation business and also law firm in Jakarta. Since joining IABF, Minar has contributed to various research, legal drafting, legal review, and legal due diligence related to general corporate and company law, commercial law, merger and acquisition, and intellectual property.
