Wahyu obtained his bachelor degree from Universitas Nasional, majoring in Business Law in 2019. Earlier, Wahyu already obtained his first bachelor degree majoring in English Language Teaching from Universitas Negeri Jakarta in 2009.
Before being an associate in IABF, Wahyu served as a translator in the IABF paralegal team for 7 years and he is a member of Indonesian Translators Association (Himpunan Penerjemah Indonesia – HPI). He has experience in translating various legal documents such as agreements, letters, litigation documents, and laws and regulations from English to Indonesian and vice versa.
As an associate, Wahyu is entrusted to handle IABF’s retainer clients in assisting their day-to-day legal matters such as reviewing and drafting documents, advising on employment matters, regulatory research, and general corporate matters. Wahyu also assists in banking and financing transactions, especially vessel mortgage, and also assists in conducting legal due diligence in merger & acquisition transactions.
