Mr. Chan, one of the youngest partners of the Firm, co-heads the Immigration Practice Group, with over ten years of extensive experience in this specialized area.
Mr. Chan is also heavily exposed in the Firm’s Banking and Finance, Corporate and M&A, Banking and Finance, as well as in areas of mining and energy law, gaming, real estate, securities and corporate restructuring. He has a vast experience in securities law involving applications, filings and dealings with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mr. Chan also assists publicly-listed companies in their compliances with the PSE and SEC such as disclosure and reporting requirements, among others.
