Career

Mr. Pangilinan is a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. He specializes in tax litigation in addition to handling bank litigation, among other corporate and commercial litigation accounts. Mr. Pangilinan specializes in civil, commercial and tax litigation, intra-corporate disputes and corporate rehabilitation. He has a wide range of clients in the banking, insurance, manufacturing, mining, petroleum and real estate industries. Mr. Pangilinan has represented clients at all levels of Philippine courts and has orally argued before the appellate courts.

Memberships

Mr. Pangilinan is a member of the honor societies of Pi Gamma Mu and Phi Kappa Phi. He is also a member of the Philippine Bar Association and the Philippine Constitution Association.

Education

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the College of Law of the University of the Philippines in 1999. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same University, where he graduated cum laude in 1995. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2000.
