Position

Dr Wu is a patent attorney and attorney at law qualified to practice both in China and the United States. He has focused his practice on IP prosecution and litigation – particularly in the fields of life science, pharmaceutical, chemistry and medical devices – and has rich experience in representing clients in procuring, protecting and enforcing their IPRs globally. In addition, he frequently advises clients on matters related to copyright, trade secret, unfair competition and other IP related issues. Dr Wu had worked as patent attorney and attorney at law in leading IP firms in both United States and China. Before starting his legal career, Dr Wu had worked as a research scientist in the field of neuroscience for more than 10 years, and his work on the regulation of calcium channels has been published by the prestigious scientific magazine—Nature (Vol.419:947-52). Dr Wu is admitted to practice in Massachusetts (USA) and P.R. China, and he is also registered before the USPTO and SIPO (China Patent Office).
