In 2016, our collaboration with HFW in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone allowed us to leverage complementary advantages in legal profession, legal systems, languages and cultures. In 2023, we expanded our presence to Shenzhen and Nanning, advancing into the Greater Bay Area and the legal service market related to Association of Southeast Asian Nations（ASEAN）. In 2024, our collaboration with a local law firm in Singapore marked the official initiation of establishing Wintell & Co’s overseas branch, aiming to be based in Singapore and radiate throughout ASEAN, further supporting international legal services and the “Belt and Road” initiative.

Maintaining robust communication with various levels of government departments and judicial administrative organs, Wintell & Co was honored in 2023 as the Local Legislative Outreach Offices and the Trade Secrets Protection Demonstration Station in Pudong. We established a committee dedicated to Local Legislative and industrial policy research. Currently, one of our partners serves as a National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) member, while several partners hold positions as representatives of local people’s congresses, CPPCC members, and legal advisors to various levels of government.
