The team at Howse Williams demonstrates tenacity in advising on all aspects of family and business life, being sought after by spouses, high-net-worth individuals, and professional clients. The firm offers guidance on various matters, including prenuptial agreements, child custody applications, trust disputes, and estate administration. Leading the group is Linda Heathfield, who specialises in advising both married and unmarried couples on child and financial matters, including cases involving child custody, abduction, and estate matters. Karen Lam co-leads the team with Heathfield, focusing her practice on matrimonial disputes, encompassing divorce, child custody, and wardship. Addressing the need for advice on both local and global family issues, Victoria Ng, promoted to partner in July 2022, plays a key role. Ng’s practice centres on matrimonial and trust matters, often encompassing international elements, like relocations and substantial overseas assets, including those held in overseas trusts. Stacey Devoy and Stephanie Ng departed the firm in 2023.
