Diana is a Senior Consultant in our Corporate Group, based in Madrid. She has extensive experience in finance law, capital markets, real estate, M&A, private equity and venture capital including advising institutional and industrial clients on national and cross-border complex transactions.
Career
Diana’s practice areas include transactions related to the Food & Beverages, Life Science and Technology Sectors, as well as transactions with a strong Real Estate element, corporate restructurings and debt restructurings. She joined us in June 2015, having previously worked for the UK firm Simmons & Simmons, the highly reputed Spanish M&A boutique Araoz & Rueda and in her own practice at Sendagorta Abogados.
