Miguel is a Partner in our International HR Services Group, based in Madrid.
Career
His expertise covers a range of employment related areas, such as drafting of employment contracts, redundancy programs, senior management terminations, due diligence investigation, trade secrets protection and enforcement of non-compete covenants, or transfers of employees. He also works regularly with our Corporate department on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, and has represented both national and international clients before Spanish Employment Courts. Prior to joining us, he worked at the Employment Law Department of Spanish firm Araoz & Rueda.

He has published articles related to his area of expertise in both generalist and specialised press, and he is a member of the Spanish Employment Lawyers Association (FORELAB) and of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
