Nicolas is a partner in the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency practice of Bird & Bird, based in Paris.

Education

Nicolas Morelli was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004.
He holds a PhD in Private Law and a Master’s in Business Law from the Aix-Marseille II University.
Nicolas started his career in 2002 as an associate with an attorney at law before the French Supreme Courts (Avocats aux Conseils) where he gained significant experience in dispute resolution before the French Supreme Courts (Cour de cassation & Conseil d’Etat).  He subsequently worked in the Restructuring & Insolvency Group of Gide Loyrette Nouel prior to joining Freshfields Bruckhaus Derringer LLP in 2009, where he was appointed counsel in 2011 before joining Aramis as a partner in 2013.
