Education

Marion Barbier obtained a postgraduate degree (DEA) in international commercial law from the Sorbonne in 1984 and was admitted as a solicitor to the Paris Bar in the same year. She specialises in Commercial Litigation (including International and domestic arbitration) and gained most of her experience at Jeantet & Associés in Paris. She joined Bird & Bird’s Paris office as a partner in January 2000.
