Position

Dominik is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team in Warsaw.

Career

Dominik has been advising clients since 2014, and specialises in complex commercial, corporate and collective disputes. His extensive experience covers comprehensive legal advice for corporate clients in the field of civil and administrative proceedings, including legal representation before commercial and administrative courts, as well as public administration bodies. He is experienced in developing litigation strategies, negotiating and drafting contracts and settlement agreements, as well as in representing clients in the course of negotiations, mediation and arbitration proceedings.

He has also provided extensive advice to companies regarding corporate bonds, as well as financial and insurance products.

Before joining us, he gained his professional experience working for leading Polish and international law firms, and a real estate agency.

Dominik has authored numerous publications on contractual liability and civil proceedings, and has also been a speaker at conferences on this topic.

He has been a member of the Warsaw Bar since 2018.

Education

Dominik graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and Postgraduate Studies in Negotiation, Mediation and Other Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods at the University of Warsaw. He also completed a course in American law at the Centre for American Law Studies organised by the University of Florida. He defended his doctoral dissertation on corporate bonds.
