Andrea provides clients with legal advice and assistance on areas ranging from domestic acquisitions in the health and aged care sectors to general corporate and commercial matters for clients across a variety of sectors including property developers, foreign investors, education providers, entertainment and IP.
Andrea has significant expertise in debt funding (specifically in project, property, corporate, acquisition and trade financing) acting for the ‘Big 4’ domestic banks and various non-ADI lenders.
Andrea also brings significant international experience to her clients, having worked as an international lawyer for 5 years (out of nearly 20 in the law) based in Vietnam and then Singapore, acting for corporate and institutional borrowers as well as a number of foreign banks and multilateral lenders.
