Chris is a Principal Lawyer with Thomson Geer allied firm TG Legal + Technology.
Chris is the firm’s Workplace and Insurance Services team leader and the relationship partner for WorkSafe Victoria. His areas of expertise are in WorkCover, insurance litigation, common law personal injuries claims and statutory compensation disputes.
With over 20 years working as a defendant solicitor Chris has experienced a wide variety of litigation and advice work on behalf of the WorkSafe Victoria and a number of leading employers and self-insurers. Chris has been involved in complex litigation in all Victorian jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Court of Appeal where he has achieved success in a number of important cases.
