Position

Ms. Sadiqua Fatma is Senior Partner based at the Delhi office of our Law Firm and leads the Dispute Resolution practice of the law firm.

She is a very passionate litigator who possesses more than 17 years experience of actively practicing on the Appellate and Original side of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in addition to appearing before the Consumer Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)  and Arbitral Tribunals. Sadiqua is credited with a very successful track record as a litigator, particularly practicing before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. She was appointed as an Amicus Curiae by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in a criminal matter. She has rich experience of dealing with tender, contracts, labour and service matters. She regularly represents construction companies in high stake arbitration cases.

The versatility of Sadiqua’s legal skills and acumen are reflected in the corporate legal work handled by her across a variety of areas of practice which include Government Contracts, Bidding Documents & Contracts for Infrastructure Projects, Employment Contracts, Contracts for the protection of intellectual property rights, Information Technology Contracts and other such commercial contracts. She has been instrumental in rendering valuable advice in relation to a major Knowledge Park, large number of highways, railway stations, five star hotels, real estate projects etc.
