Ms. KaiJu Lee is the COO of Lin & Partners and the director of the firm’s, specializing in financial services, corporate law and government procurement. KaiJu’s practice has covered a full range of financial products, including derivatives, structured notes, public offerings, compliance matters, accounting disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and government procurement projects.
KaiJu is also a certified public accountant, and she has served as an accountancy expert witness in arbitration cases.
Earlier in her career, KaiJu worked as an auditor in PriceWaterhouse Cooper’s Taiwan office.
