Hun Song specializes in shipping, insurance, international trade, cross-border insolvency including disputes arising from charterparties, bill of lading, cargo claims, crew injury, fire, explosion, collision, oil pollution.  He has acted for international shipowners and major Korean shipping company such as Hyundai Merchant Marine, Hyundai Glovis, KMTC, Pan Ocean.  He has acted for P&I Clubs including North of England, Britannia, Gard, UK, London, West of England, Steamship Mutual, American Club, Swedish P&I, Japan P&I, QBE Hong Kong & Shanghai Insurance, Korea P&I, Korea Shipping Association et al.  In the Hebei Spirit oil pollution case, the largest oil spill incident in the history of Korea, he acted for the major group of claimants living in the most affected areas.  Hun Song also has acted for foreign shipowners in cross-border insolvency cases arising from Korean rehabilitation proceedings of Samsun Logix, Korea Line Corporation, STX Pan Ocean and Hanjin Shipping.
