Jyoti Singh is Insolvency and Disputes Partner with the Firm with over a decade of experience in insolvency, recovery and enforcement proceedings, commercial disputes, corporate fraud and white-collar crimes.

Jyoti has acted for some of the largest banks and financial institutions and for borrowers alike, before various courts including Supreme Court of India and Tribunals. She has recently represented Lloyds bank, Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited, SCB and ICICI in various insolvency matters and is advising insolvency professionals, corporate debtors and operational creditors.

Jyoti also has vast experience in handling white-collar crimes and corporate fraud, and focuses on helping her clients mitigate the risk of legal proceedings. She also regularly advises and represents multi- national and Indian corporations across various sectors in commercial litigation, labour/ employment related issues and real estate disputes.

Jyoti frequently participates at many conferences and seminars, conducts workshops on niche issues of corporate compliance and writes for a number of national and international legal journals and publications.

Boasting particular expertise in cross-border matters, Abhishek Saxena  (based in New Delhi) led a team advising the Bank of New York Mellon on the corporate insolvency resolution process of Essar Steel India.
