Work Department

Michelle is a Senior Associate Solicitor at CFG, having joined as a trainee solicitor in 2007. She deals with many complex accident claims, including occupiers’ liability claims and accidents at work.

Michelle leads a team of subtle brain injury solicitors. Her work involves implementing head injury pathways, with an aim of ensuring clients gain access to early clinical assessment and intervention and to put in place an appropriate treatment plan at the earliest convenience.

Michelle has dealt with many cases where liability is firmly denied and fights tirelessly to secure an admission of liability and the maximum amount of compensation available to her clients, considering all aspects of their claim.

Michelle is accommodating and sympathetic with her clients, always ensuring their needs and their family’s needs are met and at the forefront of everything she does. She ensures they have access to the essential treatment and rehabilitation they require, whether this is a physical or psychological injury following an accident.
