Having joined the firm back in 2000, Nicola has in-depth knowledge and experience of all things CFG Law and is a Partner and Head of Legal Operations. In her role, Nicola deals with all areas of risk and compliance, from a client perspective through to strategic business risk. Nicola appreciates communication and a clear action plan is key to supporting clients. She ensures there is regular contact with clients about any concerns they may have and addresses these as quickly as possible to find a solution. Following the firms goals and ambitions, Nicola is constantly striving to improve our Client First Service to help our clients to achieve their best outcomes. She achieves this through regular audits and continual assessment of cases and is actively involved in the development of our service. Nicola is also our Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and oversees all compliance matters across the practice. Nicola regularly liaises with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to ensure we are full compliant with all regulatory matters.

Trained at Bartlet & Sons, Chester, qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. Joined CFG Law in 2000 and promoted to Associate, then Senior Associate and finally Head of Personal Injury.
