Polly is a Partner and Head of Serious and Catastrophic Injury at CFG Law, having joined the team in 2016. Polly has vast knowledge and experience dealing with catastrophic and fatal injury claims. She has the ability to truly understand the needs of her clients and believes it is important to build a solid relationship with her clients very early on in the process so that they trust her and feel comfortable confiding in her in relation to their accident.

Polly has successfully claimed multi-million-pound settlements for her clients and has experience dealing with many serious injuries including traumatic brain injuries, spinal injury claims and fatal accidents. She arranges early assessments for her clients to ensure they are on the correct treatment path and support is put in place at the earliest possible stage.

Polly has also dealt with many serious road traffic accidents and has provided much-needed support to families who have sadly suffered bereavement as a result. She ensures the needs of the family are met, including both financial and emotional support.
