Richard is the Group Chief Executive Officer at CFG and is responsible for all aspects of the business's performance, development of its strategic plans to ensure that  CFG Law’s approach to personal injury claims and putting clients’ at the heart of everything we do is pushed forward by all members of staff and clients receive exceptional service.

Richard has over 17 years’ experience working at board level in both financial services and legal firms.  He understands that the primary focus of the firm should be on providing outstanding service consistently to all clients. He leads the business, ensuring that everyone in CFG, provides clients with high-level legal expertise alongside all round support by ensuring the right practices and processes are undertaken.

Richard understands that a firm’s core focus should be on their clients and has written published papers on this. He also regularly presents at conferences regarding client care and how this can be achieved.
