Mr. Mowahid`s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, winding up, foreign direct investment, procurement laws and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining ABS & CO Mr. Mowahid practiced at top tier firms and as an inhouse counsel for Banks & Multinationals. Mr. Mowahid regularly advises on contractual disputes and management of dispute resolution through mediation, conciliation and arbitration in a broad range of industries, including construction, power, oil & gas and media, internet and technology.
With over fifteen years of experience he is the Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial at ABS & Co.

ABS & Co.’s real estate team regularly assists major property developers with the development and construction of housing societies, condominiums and apartment buildings. On the construction side, the firm acts for contractors across contentious and non-contentious issues.
