Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP is particularly skilled in advising on matters that span philanthropy, charity and private wealth. A core component of the practice is advising on the creation of substantial charities, as well as on large and innovative grant agreements between charities and philanthropists. Much of the team’s work is complex with an international dimension and it has also noticed increased instructions from charities and charity trustees on safeguarding concerns. The team has also been busy providing advice to charities in the aftermath of internal allegations of bullying, discrimination and harassment.
