Simon joined TWM in January 2019 after nearly 20 years as a partner in the Commercial Litigation team at Fladgate LLP.

He is an experienced commercial disputes lawyer, with considerable experience across a number of areas, and has been ranked in the legal directories in relation to professional negligence and also for other areas including banking/finance and fraud.

His experience includes dealing with High Court Litigation, Arbitration and ADR particularly in the following areas:
