According to her, the art / skill of being a successful litigator is persistence, patience and perseverance. She has been advocating her juniors that along with these three P’s, the utmost requirement is the ‘knowledge of law’. Having good research skills makes the base to understand law. Research skills become very important specially because one has to acquire knowledge of law and that comes through precedents. Thus, a compendium of hard work, good research skills and the three P’s along with the ability to convince the judge with the right body language and right attitude within the time available, according to her makes a good litigator.
